Terms and Conditions
Restrictions
Links/ads must be displayed professionally and tastefully.
Links/ads cannot be posted on "adult sites," "hate sites," or any other site with objectionable content. Winning-Fitness.com has final authority on whether or not a site's content is objectionable.
Use your Winning-Fitness.com affiliate links (banners, boxes, text links, as provided through the program) anywhere on your web pages or to email the link address to friends. However, do not send unsolicited email, or "spam" containing your affiliate link. In addition, do not submit your affiliate link address to any search engines (except in terms of your site that includes our links). You are solely responsible for the consequences of sending unsolicited email or news postings.
Commission Calculation
Earned commissions are calculated at the end of each month. You can review your balance through the affiliate service provider (e-junkie) that we use. You earn 10% commission on gross sales for customers who purchase items that are a result of them traveling to our site via your affiliate link. All customers who come via your affiliate link will receive lasting cookies on their computers (these cookies remain on their computers unless erased). You will receive 10% of all sales for such customers during the lifetime of that cookie. Your earned commissions never expire.
Please note that your personal purchases are not eligible for commission.
If we must refund a customer purchase for which you received a commission, the commission you earned on that purchase will be subtracted from future commission earnings. Refunds can occur due to various reasons such as fraud credit card purchase, suspicious order, bank chargebacks etc.
Form of Payment
All commission payments are being made via Paypal. If needed, please create a Paypal account at www.paypal.com.
When You Will Receive Payment
You will receive payment, in US dollars (which can, of course, be converted to other currencies), at the end of the following month for all earned commissions. Payment will be sent to the Paypal email address in the service provider's database. You can change your Paypal email address any time via the affiliate interface.
Revisions
Winning-Fitness.com reserves the right to modify the terms of the commission structure and payment delivery at any time. The program can be cancelled at any time but all eligible commissions made up to the termination point are guaranteed and will still be paid.
