Note: Winning-Fitness.com is wholly owned by Cataldo Enterprises, which is the company with which you are doing business. You can be sure that your order will be fast, easy, and secure. All charges will be up-front, clear, and fair.
Shipping
We wish we could ship everything free of charge. But of course it always costs something to ship an item. Sites that tout "free shipping" really just mean that shipping has been included in the item price. Our goal is to pass along a charge that is as close as possible to the actual cost of shipping your order. We do not pad this amount in order to try to obtain extra profit.
To save on shipping, many of our items are shipped directly to you from our core suppliers. These suppliers use several major carriers, including Fedex , UPS, and occasionally USPS.
The complexity of shipping comes in when you factor in the vast differences in shipping costs depending on point of origin, destination, the way items must be packaged, various surcharges, the carrier being used, and the service-level requested. We use a shipping calculator integrated with our shopping cart to accurately assess this cost and then, using only your country and zip code, we quote you the exact fee that we will add to your order - well before you have to fill out all of your address and payment information (unlike some sites where you don't get the shipping quote until the very end).
Most items will ship the same day, or the day after, the order is placed. Via email, you will be kept apprised of your order status every step of the way.
And yes, we do ship world-wide! Some restrictions may apply.

Winning-Fitness.com wants its customers to be completely delighted and extremely satisfied with their purchases. Please feel free to contact us before, during, or after your purchase if you have any questions.
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If for any reason you determine that the item is not of the quality, value, or suitability you expected, please contact us for a store credit or refund of your purchase price.
If a product arrives defective or broken, please contact us to arrange for the return of the item. Your purchase price, plus your return shipping costs, will be refunded. Most items come with return labels included.
All products purchased on Winning-Fitness.com are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty as well. After the 30-day period, please check to see if the manufacturer's warranty provides additional coverage.
There are a few exceptions - items that cannot be refunded/returned - and these are generally noted in the product descriptions. These are also listed below.
