As you have seen in the Workout Section, you don't have to have fancy equipment, or any equipment for that matter, to get a good workout. However, sometimes gear can be beneficial to help us achieve our fitness goals. This
section contains various fitness equipment that can be used to make your workouts more enjoyable, more intense, more targeted, and more productive. Also, per rule #7 in the Fitness Training Tips section, if a particular piece of equipment, or just the process of getting and using new equipment, helps motivate you to workout, then
it is probably worth it.
